We have filed Form 1A for a private Company with two persons as promoters and it got approved.

Now, it is not possible for one of the promoter to continue with the incorporation of proposed Company.

And another person is ready to act as second promoter.

So what can be done now for further filing of Form 1, 18 and 32?

Will form 1,18,32 will get approved with another promoter?

Is there any other way than to file 1A again? Becuase we want the same name for the proposed Company. And even if we file 1A again, we will not get the same name till the period of 60 days gets over for earlier Form 1A.

We can not wait for so many days to incorporate the proposed Company.
