INC 33 IS FOR EMOA & INC 34 IS FOR E AOA. IN FORM E INC 33 , NEEDS TO MENTION THE OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY AND IN E FORM 34 , NEED TO MENTION PRE DRAFTED CLAUSES OF AOA

Form clearly shows the authorisation of CA/CS/CWA.
