can someone please help me with complete procedure to create company?.

1. Apply name approval in RUN form
2. File details of directors and subscribers in spice-32 along with required documents.
3. MOA and AOA to be filed in spice-33 and spice-34
4. DSC of directors/subscribers are required to sign all forms
