i have started a pvt ltd company what is the complainces to be filed every year? what is the due date ?? pls reply ...thanks in advance

June 30 - DIR 3
September 30 - DIR 3 KYC
May 31 - CSR 2 (if expenditure made during the year)
October 30 - AOC 4
November 29 - MGT 7, MGT 7A
April 30 and October 31 - Form MSME

You need CA & CS for compliances, better to outsource work to some professional.

Penalty for non compliances of MCA are very high.
