Company bill 2013 for ca final
my ca final exam due may 2014 for changes of campany bill. my question law new book are requer for exam. what changes in new book. when available the new book of manesh bhandari.

new book will release once icai confirmed about applicability of new companies act for may 2014

icai yet to confirm the same,,wait till icai announce the same
At least before 5-6 months prior to exams ICAI will notify about the applicability of the New Act...
ICAI will issue new modules soon...
