Is company bill,2011 applicable for ca final may 2012 examinees......?? and is der any amendment in law as compared to nov 2011??

Hi,
Till now Companies Bill, 2011 is not applicable to May 2012 attempt. So just relax and focus on your preparations. Keep referring ICAI journals for further updates.
