1 Shareholders and Board of Directors or the person who appoint the auditor.
2. Nothing needs to be submited to RoC as Statutory Auditor. Form ADT 1 should be filed by the Company, not by the Auditor.
3. Before accepting audit, following should be considered:-
i. He must not be disqualified for being an auditor of the company.
ii. He should check his ceiling Limit of accepting audit assignments.
iii. he should have Knowledge of the client and his business.
iv. He should communicate with the previous auditor before giving his consent.
4. In consent letter of being Statutory Auditor, declaration regarding ceiling limit submitted to the company.
