The ROC filing due date for FY 2020-21 is extended for AOC-4 to 15th February 2022 and to 28th February 2022 for MGT-7

The due date for filing of the Audit report was 15th Feb 2022

15th March 2022 is the due date for filing of Income Tax Return in case of audited accounts.
