Hello Sir,

I am running an LLP and would like to start a new company partnering with two other individuals. Is there any possibility to make the partnership by LLP with new individual partners?

IE: Company-1 is going to start with 3 partners

wish to make partnership between Person-1 + Person-2 + an LLP

Is there any possibility for this?

Please advice.
