Hello, I would like to close my pvt ltd company (yearly turnover is below 1 lakh) as I am earning nothing out of it. I have not yet applied for digital signature. I checked online that I need to pay fees of 5000 INR to close a pvt ltd company. Is digital signature is must to close a pvt ltd company? How much I have to pay for digital signature?? I think closing a company will now cost me above 5000 INR. What if I don't close my company. Do I need to pay any yearly fees? Kindly suggest me the cost saving way

Hi... Pls note tat to file closure documents... U need to obtain DSC its cost u nearly INR 1000. If u r want to close d the company its cost ROC Charges INR 5000 apart from that the following Charges included i. e (a) Public Notary Charges on affidavit, Indemnity band, (b) Professional Charges for obtaining statement of account from chartered Account (c) Professional Charges who file d forms... The overal cost including ROC it may go up to INR 20000.

In case if u didnot complete d KYC filing for u r DIN... U need to file KYC Before going to closure. This again includes cost for u...

If u didnot close d company... U need to comply regular activities like yearly annual filing even though there is no transaction....

Hello! The cost of closing company can be much higher than you have quoted in the question. The easiest and fasted way to close a company is to choose fast track exit mode, which is applicable to non-operative companies. Please consult a professional for to know the procedural aspects for your requirement.

Yes, DSC must be required during the process and if you do not close the company, you must comply with all compliance requirements for the company.

Also, you must process for DSC at the earliest as last date for DIR-3 KYC filing with reduced fee is 5th October. Post that the fee will be Rs 5,000 for filing.

Dear sir... Pls note tat Form FTE i. e fast track exit scheme is no more available in MCA portal... Its been changed to STK 2... When we consider the attachment to the form StK2 it may cost u nearly tat quoted amount... N this about includes ROC filing of INR 5000.

If u do not close ur company and do not cmplte ur filings, u may get notice from ROC. Thereafter, it will become mandatory for u to complte ur annual filings and will cost u much much more.
