whether a name of the company name ending with the word limited mean it is a poublic company ???????

Hello,
Every company name is ended with "Limited" word(I am leving the Excepted Company).
For public company u need to chk that the word "PRIVATE" is not there.

For eg:-
ABC Limited = Public Company
ABC Private Limited = Private Company
