One of my close family relative has been died in a accident while on tour with a company work, please help me with any suggestion regarding compensation he can claim with his employers and the basis from which can be calculated . Is there any legal right which can be enforced in this regard?

Firstly, there will be a Insurance policy taken by the company for the emplyees.. You can claim upto the limit to which the cover is available.
Also, check teh conditions under which this accident has occured or whether it is said in the policy that teh incident shyould be while on job.
This information you'll get in your Uncle's Offer letter from the company.
For any other claim from teh company, shall depend on teh company policies; However, you should always give a try.
