Pl clear my query.
Is it possible to certify subscriber clause in MOA & AOA for a Chartered Accountant
on skype or video conference. If yes then please provide me the section/notification for the same.
(This question is arised because some clients resids outside my local location)
Certification of Subs Cl in MOA means attestation of signatures of the subsribers to MOA. There is no such notification by MCA allowing a professional to certify MOA by video conference/skype. In your case if parties reside outside India u can courier a hardcopy of MOA to their international address and get them signed and certified.
