Should i memory companies act rules like provision or understand the concept is enough for me

It's always a cherry on cake if you mention the companies act rules and sections in your answer. But it's not mandatory. It's better to write a answer without mentioning it than to quote wrong rule or section. I would personally suggest to just remember the ones that are quoted frequently in PM answers.
