iam writing in May 2010 , C.a final Old Syllabus. I want to know whether companies Bill 2009 is applicable for May 2010 exams. Can any one clarify my query.

hey....will the companies bill be applicable for may 2011 final exam..

Companies Bill, 2009 will not be covered in syllabus until it takes the form of an Act in future.
