Can anyone please explain me Sec 43A of Companies Act, 1956?

Section 43A is applicable to deemed public ltd companies. in case pvt ltd company contraven any provision of the companies act the than after that the company will be treated as public company and all the previlage given to pvt ltd are withdrawn.
