Executive Director's resignation needs to be accepted by the company. Can he be compelled to work as per the terms of employment agreed into at the time of appointment or he needs to be relieved after some time? Please Reply?

yes., he has to follow the agreement made at the time of appointment with the company otherwise the company has right to sue upon him........

Thanks but I would like to have some more clarification that if wants to resign because of malpractices followed by the company before his term expires can he do so
