Can Any one provide me with draft of MOA and AOA of a company as per the Companies act 2013. Need it Urgently.
Would prefer if it is a Jewellery Company.

The Companies Act, 2013 provisions related to incorporation of a new Company, have not yet come into enforcement. it has to be incorporated according to the existing procedure.
