HI, OUR COMPANY HAS BEEN INCORPORATED BEFORE COUPLE OF MONTH AS A PVT LTD, NOW I WANT TO BE PREPARE COMMON SEAL.. HOW CAN I GET IT OR FROM WHOM I CAN PURCHASE

For getting a Common Seal prepared, you need to consult some Company Secretary in practice. They know from where to get it prepared at feasible rates..

Yes you can consult from any professional of your near about who will help you on it. Generally it will be made by person who are making stamps of the company.

why "REGISTER OF DOCUMENTS EXECUTED UNDER COMMON SEAL" is not open to Public Inspection? Please give me valid reason.

Hello

TOOK PP BAGS FROM THIRD PARTY FOR MAIZE PACKING PURPOSE WHICH WILL BE EXPORT . HE HAS NOT CHARGED ANY TAXED IN BILL ONLY BAGS RATE AND STERO CHG IS THERE. LET ME KNOW WHETHER IT WILL ATTRACT TDS OR NOT ? AS PER ME ITS COMES UNDER WORKS CONTRACT WHETHER IT WILL BE WRITTEN OR NOT IN WRITING. IT WILL BE ATTRACT UNDER 194 C
