what are tax implication if a employee receives a COMMISSION ? and will amount given as commission to employee should ba caled as incentive or commission.

It will be taxable under the head salary only. It is received as this pertains to consideration against the services, be it in different name. This is my Opinion.
But you need to clearly mention in ROI the same.
