Good Afternoon to All,
One of my friend told, CA people will get commission from IT Dept for paying the tax to the Govt, means CA people will calculate IT of the Company and others, then they will collect the tax from the co. & others and will pay the tax to the Govt. my question is can they get any commission from IT dept???? for paying these taxes....

Don't believe in such fake rumours.
CA is a guide to taxpayer for the intercrossed roadsmap of incometax, not a broker to IT deparment,
they are nowhere concerned with payment of any tax, they calculate the liablitiy and inform the payee to pay the same, CA never take payment burden.
request you not to belive and spread such reumors as it give damages the image of helping hands.
