my client has salary employee and also commission income( private commission). both salary and commission deduct tds.
my doubt was commission income and related expenses claim under sec 57 or commission income to claim 44ada ?
is your client engaged in profession? if yes then only sec 44ada applicable.
Showw in other sources under section 57.
