It is variable consideration. But employees cannot do other businesses just like how they cannot invest in competitors shares I guess. If your employment contract doesn’t state that, then you can do recruitment.
There are no boundaries to earn commission by non practitioners.

I think you can do it. If your employment contract doesn’t explicitly state that you cannot work anywhere.
I think this is also like helping students and similar to giving tuitions. Sometimes, people run family business as well. So, there shouldn’t be a problem.
