Dear All,
Commission Agent (Stock Broking) can adopt sec 44 AD for filling Income Tax Return under presumptive Income. which ITR has to be filled Commission Agents (ITR - 3 or ITR -4).
Please Clarify...

Section 44 AD of Income Tax act not applicable to commission agent's . so ITR4 not applicable.

Commission and Broking business are outside the purview of section 44AD therefore u can not opt presumptive taxation regime in this case.
