WE HAVE PAID COMMISSION AS SALES REFER BY PARTY (INDIVIDUAL). WE HAVE DEDUCTED TDS UNDER INCOME TAX. SHOULD WE PAY GST UNDER RCM. COMMSSION AMOUNT PAID 6LAKH.

No you are not required to pay tax under RCM. There is no such provision in GST law.

In general circumstances GST is to be paid on RCM for any goods or service from unregistered suppliers.
But Central Governnemt by notification has deferred RCM provisions till 01st July 2018 except for certain services & goods. Commission is not covered by the exeception so you are not required to pay GST under RCM for now.
