i am paying commission to a unregistered person of ra 50000 in related to business . will i have to deduct gst from it

you 18 % GST deduct on any commission

No. You can't deduct GST Tax for the commission amount. But, you can pay tax under RCM....

Commission agent is liable to register with out threshold limit
