I am not registered under GST but have to rent an office space where to carry out stock broking activities. The landlord is also not registered and will not charge me GST. Can I claim the rental amount as expenses in my accounts?

Yes you can claim. But., Supporting paper ll be attach the Expentiture....
If You paid Cash, Want Cash Vocher. Also its going to Bank no problem
