Commencement of Business certificate
we are a Private limited company incorporatedin the month of MARCH. My query is can we start supply of goods without obtaining Commencement of business certificate as we have 180 days to obtain this.

Yes you can start but incorporation certificate is required
No such restriction under GST but it is violative of section 10A of Companies Act, 2013
