1. for newly incorporated company commencement certificate has to issue , what is the procedure .

The form is not available yet. Please wait. Till then ask subscribers to pay the subscripttion monies to companies accounts as earliest i.e. within 60 days of incorporation. Make sure that such payment should be through banking channels. It will be mandatory for obtaining for commencement of business certificate.
