Can anyone please solve my query regarding preparation of combined register . Actually i just want to know whether it is mandatory to b prepared manually or even computerised combined registres are accepted?

Under Companies Act, registers are required to be made which are required to signed by the authorised signatory (i.e. Director or Secretary) as may be required. Thus, the records must in hard copy. Therefore, in my opinion, combined or not combined registered is preferred but it may be in computrised form but records are required to be in hard copy duly signed by the authorised signatory.
