Please let me know, What about the cess , if a importer import coal from Bangladesh, and then make lntra state supply in India.
I mean, whether the cess also applicable on the intra state supply of imported coal

yes cess would be leviable in both intrastate or interstate supplies made by you irrespective of the fact that it is imported coal.
