Though everyone has a choice whether to take classes or do self study, I believe self study is best method to score marks in any subject

Especiallu, in subject like advanced management accounting, it is concept clarity and practise that matters a lot. So instead of wasting time and money  in tutution classes first and then again devoting time for self study, why don't you go for a good self study textbook on advance management accounting. It will not only help you devote more time on self study but also help in clearing your concepts.

I would advise you to get the following books immediately :

1) Tulsian's Advanced Management Accounting - CA(Dr.) P.C. Tulsian

2) Tulsian's Operational Research for CA-Final - CA (Dr.) P.C. Tulsian

Rest is all your wish. !!

Thank you for such valuable inputs, and I really appreciate the whole concept of self-study.

But, having an idea behind the concept, before starting it gives a hell lot of confidence. 

Having said that, I would not go for a miserable 4-5 months tution clsses ,rather will opt for a crash-course of 20-30 days..which in all ways is  a btr choice.

This not only saves the time, but also provides a btr understanding of the topics.

Again, thanks for the suggestion for the books,  will get them on priority..
