Coaching completion certificate - application form

Dear All,

I am doing CS executive program. I will be posting my test papers in  a couple of days. In the application form there is a coaching completion certificate column. Should i leave it empty and apply for the time being? should i write something like "awaiting". I wanted to confirm because it is an OHP sheet.
