I agree with you Mr.Bala. But I personally feel that the "Coaching Classes guidelines" from the institute are meant to be adhered by the coaching classes themselves. Compliance or non compliance of the same is their headache. My additional opinion in this is that providing education to someone through classes is the best service to the society and non compliance of the guidelines (whatsoever) is nothing wrong as it is a good service..

Good one sir.. but my point is that members are unnecessarily trobuled to this issue by the institute by its code of conduct..

i do not agree with sri ram
they charge a fees which is nearly 6-15 times of article's stipend
in delhi average fees for a ca final/ pcc student is around 15 thousand per subject
is it a social service??
if a person provides classes thinking of article's welfare ( money matter) rather than filling his own pocket then it will be called social service!!
and bala u are right !!
it is a professional misconduct
and u can complaint the same to the icai
but i suspect icai will make any step to stop the same
as during the elections these coaching owners provide them a very good source to fund their election campaigne
