What wil be the penalty if the co-operative soc. fail to file audit report for A.Y. 2009-10 ?

There is no requirment to file the tax audit report except it is demanded.. if demanded and not filed because of failure to tax audit penalty is .5% of Turnover subject to a maximum of one lakh
