cpc disallowed 80p deduction and raised huge demand becoz of beleated itr, what will be the best remedy,

If you have appropriate prove then file appeal to Apellete tribunal

In case of belated return, there is no 80P deduction.

You just try out to get deduction. Apparantly it's not available.
