Co-op houing society income tax return

ours is a housing co-operative society. we are not in any business activity. but we have interest income and income from house property (lease rent received for mobile tower on terrace). we fill itr applicable to us is ITR 5. but for filing ITR 5 code for business is compulsory field. please advise as to how to file this return.
