I don't know exactly but ICAI will make announcement in the RTP for Nov. 2010 or at the ICAI's website so please regularly visit ICAI.org atleast thrice a week.
And if it is applicable for Nov.2010 exam then it is implied that it will also be applicable for all the subsequent exams.
