cmp08 filing option not ccomming.

dear all as it already known that last date to file cmp08 for first qtr is 18 july..but the option to file is not showing. only gaye 4a is showing
please make it clear. is it not available on portal till date..or its only in my case.

4a only available, i think there is a updation for newly added composition rates (6% service)

thanks for reply. I have also received the same update from portal after complain.
Problem reported: Concern regarding CMP-08 is not reflecting on return dashboard.

Resolution: This is in reference to your stated query, we would like to inform you that the functionality for filing CMP- 08 is currently unavailable on GST portal, we request you to wait for further notification and keep yourself updated with www.gst.gov.in.

Gentleman gstr4 is available to nobody. Secondly cmp08 is not live till date and it is not to b filed by everybody it is only for those service providers who fall in 6% category rest (5% & 1%) will again file gstr4 as earlier. Information source is cbec. Thanks Mukesh wadhwa ni 9300043000

But I think they have made GSTR-4 Return to be filed annual within 30 days after financial year end. And now CMP-08 statement cum challan is to be filed by all composition dealers quarterly whether falling under 1%, 5% or 6% category. Due date for 1st Quarter for F.Y. 2019 - 20 is 18th July 2019 but still CMP-08 is not live for filing.

Correct me if I am wrong.
