Gentleman gstr4 is available to nobody. Secondly cmp08 is not live till date and it is not to b filed by everybody it is only for those service providers who fall in 6% category rest (5% & 1%) will again file gstr4 as earlier. Information source is cbec. Thanks Mukesh wadhwa ni 9300043000

But I think they have made GSTR-4 Return to be filed annual within 30 days after financial year end. And now CMP-08 statement cum challan is to be filed by all composition dealers quarterly whether falling under 1%, 5% or 6% category. Due date for 1st Quarter for F.Y. 2019 - 20 is 18th July 2019 but still CMP-08 is not live for filing.

Correct me if I am wrong.
