Dear , I have a few queries regarding cmp 03, pls resolve it.
1. Who is reqd to file cmp 03 , it is only for whom who is already registered in vat and then migrated or it is also for newly persons.
2. A person opted for composition in 07/Sep/2017 Can he is reqd to file cmp 03.
3. If a person has a stock having no tax in earlier laws.. and now it is taxable in current gst regime. Can he is reqd to pay any tax .
4. if cmp 03 is not filing up to 30th Nov. 17. what can he do after.. what is it's consequences.
Pls resolve on urgent basis . Thanks in Advance
cmp 03 are only require to file by migrated assessee
If stock was earlier exempted but if sold in gst regime then gst payable on the sale of stock.
