ye toh pta h ki jo vat se gst me migret hue h..unko bharna h..
but jinhone vat se gst me aaye ..then august me composition scheme liya..
comp-3 is for compostion detalis of stock opted on the date .

dekhiye cmp 03 unke liye hai jo last me vat me the gst me aaye pr unka quater july -sep se start hota hai
or june 30 ko jo stock in hand tha uspe us goods percentage ka tax dena padega
agar unregistered purchase hai to wo cmp03 k time pe hi dena hoga jo registered hai uska bhi dena hoga but baad me
ex- goods in stock ka value hai 12000 uspe goods ka tax percentage in gst hai 12 % then 12000*12% =1440 rupee tax dena hoga
or last date nikal gaya hai isme 25000 ka penalty hai or gst number cancle ho sakta hai

my client was registered in Punjab VAT under composition scheme and now again he opts composition scheme. is he liable to file the CMP 03
