I have filled up my online form for CMA exam and paid fees through debit card module. However I am in confusion about sending it to Head office or not because logically it must not be a condition and I am not able to find any instruction in this regard as well.

No need to send form to the institute....online fillingup of exam form wid successful payment is enough.best wishes for Final Attempt.
