Dear all,

Suppose house property is received by an individual as a gift from parents.If such property is letout & income has been received from such property.Does such
income subject to clubbing provisions.

Please specify the section supporting u r answer.

When house property being gifted to major son, clubbing of its rental income doesn't apply.

The rent will be assessed in son's hand.
