Clubbing of rental income?

where a person gives property on rent to its HUF and then HUF gives it on rent to other unrelated party..then clubbing applicable?
Example: A gives to A's HUF at rental of 10000 and HUF gives to other at rental of 50000..in this case whether clubbing provision applicable on A?
