INCOME OF A MARRIED MINOR DAUGHTER WILL BE CLUBBED IN THE INCOME OF HER................

as, the marriage of a minor girl is illegal, the income of the minor married daughter shall be clubbed in the income of father or mother, whose income is greater

It will be chargeable under the head of the mother or father whose income is higher.
