Are there any chances for extension of CLSS beyond 15th Jan, 2012. Whether any circular issued.

Under Calculate fee of MCA portal I am seeing same additional fee which was existing before 15thJan,2012. can I go head filing Annual Retuns. pls suggest.

There is no extention of CLSS Scheme.  It lasted up 15.01.2012 only. Now you have to pay the full fees plus additional fees , if any. You may refer General Circular No: 71/2011  issued by MCA.

There is no extension of CLSS scheme. Now you have to pay addition fees.
