Cloudtail is not providing GST invoice?

Cloudtail, Amazon's one private selling arm is not providing GST invoice whereas other sellers on Amazon is providing. I'm registered as a business buyer on Amazon's portal & I get GST invoices from all sellers except CLudtail. Can Cloudtail refuse to give GST invoice when my GSTIN is registered on the portal? Under what law/rule/section of GST can a supplier refuse to provide GST invoice to a registered buyer? If they can't refuse, what is the remedial action one can take? Can we report to any authority & ensure that they issue GST invoice to all?

My doubt is that cloudtail has not taken gst registration or they are neglecting.
First contact to cloudtail and request to issue bill if they have taken gst registration else report to your nearest gst officer.

Cloudtail has GSTIN which is mentioned on their invoices. There is no way that one can contact Cloudtail. Amazon has hidden all contact details of Cloudtail. If we have to report, under what section of GST law it can be reported? Can it be reported online? They are based somewhere in western or southern part of India. Has this complaint to be lodged in the jurisdiction where they have registered themselves?

Cloudtail is a B2C Seller company that means it sells driectly to consumers and hence does not issue a tax invoice with gst no of buyer.

U cant complaint as they are gst compliant and they give you proper gst invoice with their own gsn number and applying gst at prescribed gst rates but you cant take credit as they dont mention your gst number over invoice and mark these invoices as B2C Supply hence there is no remedy until they actually start giving B2B Invoices we can simply wait and watch but no complaint is actually possible as they have broken any section of gst law.

i have faced  same issue recently, question is now if they are B2C seller why they are listing  their  products  in Amazon  business? why can't any Govt.  is taking it as granted.

more over is there any distinction in GST act, B2C registration is separate from B2B seller

You must also complain to Amazon about such non compliance by one of its vendor even they may assist you.
