I want to close the sole proprietary . filing monthly nil return,
1) What is procedure for closing sole proprietary?
2) What i have do for last month GST for after closing ? nil return only.

File gst returns if any due before closing of business if there is any transactions are there in financial year

The foremost thing for the closure of sole proprietorship business is to apply for cancellation of all registrations which the business holds and the formation of a business closure agreement which is to be sent to all authorities including GST authorities and parties associated with the business.
