If VAT returns are filed then credit reflected in return would be allowed as input tax credit to you. 2) if you dnt have invoices evidencing payment of excise duty paid on them you would then b eligible for 40% of CGST component paid on supply of the goods in stock on fulfilling of certain conditions these are for ready made garments
