I am working with a partnership firm. we are working in SEZ, where we are claiming excise exemption.
we purchase our raw material from traders. and our final product is excisable.
we have stock approx 100 crore.
so i want ti know that.
is we are liable to pay GST ?
if yes then i want to know the provision of Taxes/ duties on our closing stock.
